Molo Companies, an Iowa local family operated business was first founded in 1870. In 1927 Molo Oil Company was formed to sell Petroleum products, and in 1981 we opened our first Big 10 Mart store in Clinton, Iowa. Today, Big 10 Marts operates 17 stores and gas stations in Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois—all featuring Close, Fast, and Friendly service. The Big 10 name was designed by Robert E. Molo who wanted to have retail locations that provided the top 10 things that customers needed and we proudly operate our business using this thought process today.
